Hi!
Part of being a great musician is keeping your instruments tuned up and working well! As singers, your mouth is your instrument, and what better way to warm up your instrument than some tongue twisters. Tongue twisters are sentences or words that are tricky to say, are they tricky for you?
If these are too tricky for you, I've made a post with some simpler tongue twisters here.
If you're able, send me a video of you saying some of my tongue twisters, or make up your own! I can't wait to see them.
The Tongue Twisters in This Video:
1. A proper copper coffee pot
2. A noisy noise annoys an oyster
3. Seventy-seven benevolent elephants
4. If a black bug bleeds black blood, what color blood does a blue bug bleed?
5. Mix a box of mixed biscuits with a boxed biscuit mixer
6. Does your sport shop stock short socks with spots?
7. No need to light a night-light on a light night like tonight
8. Rory the warrior and Roger the worrier were reared wrongly in a rural brewery
9. Lesser leather never weathered wetter weather better
10. Betty bought butter but the butter was bitter, so Betty bought better butter to make the bitter butter better.
Happy music making,
Ms. Dochstader
