Hello!
Part of being a great musician is keeping your instruments tuned up and working well! As singers, your mouth is your instrument, and what better way to warm up your instrument than some tongue twisters. Tongue twisters are sentences or words that are tricky to say, are they tricky for you?
If these ones are too easy, click here to try a trickier version.
If you're able, email me a video (at rdochstader@sd57.bc.ca) of you saying some of my tongue twisters, or make up your own! I can't wait to see them.
The Tongue Twisters in This Video:
1. Crisp crusts crackle and crunch
2. Daddy draws doors
3. Six slippery snails, slid slowly seaward
4. Susie sits shining silver shoes
5. Fred fed Ted bread and Ted fed Fred bread
6. Cooks cook cupcakes quickly
7. Each easter Eddie eats eighty Easter eggs
8. She sees cheese
9. Red leather, yellow leather
10. Six sticky skeletons
Happy music making,
Ms. Dochstader
