A "hand"y way to draw birds!

Hi kids ,

Since it's now officially spring and we're seeing a lot of birds outside I thought it would be fun to make our own.

Step 1: Trace your hand

Step 2: colour it in (this is your birds body)

Step 3: Draw a beak for your bird.

Step 4. Cut out your coloured hand and beak

Step 5: Glue onto a seperate piece of paper - Your pinky finger is the bottom of your bird and your beak sticks out where your palm is closer to your thumb.

Step 6 - Add a background and extra details.
